SUMMARY:"5G Italy 2021 - A European Perspective"
DESCRIPTION:The annual appointment with 5G ITALY is now back\, confirming itself as the main Italian event dedicated to 5G and all its different application areas. The Conference is promoted and organized by the CNIT (Consorzio Nazionale Interuniversitario per le Telecomunicazioni). 5G Italy has proven to be the most significant event in Italy about 5G and its several application areas. \n“5G ITALY – A European Perspective” RRP\, Investments\, Market\, Research\, Skills and Growth is the caption of the 4th edition of 5G Italy – The Global Meeting in Rome\, which will take place in hybrid mode on line on www.5GItaly.eu and on site in the Capital for three days: 30th november\, 1st 2nd december 2021\, at Sala Capranichetta and Sala Cristallo of Hotel Nazionale in piazza di Monte Citorio. \nThe RRP challenge and the funds for the telecom infrastructure\nThe 2021 edition of 5G ITALY will represent an opportunity for discussion and study on current technological challenges.\nThe telecom network and 5G constitute the nerve tissue of electronic communications and will be essential to support the digital transition process needed for the country’s growth.\nThis will be the heart of of 5G ITALY 2021 themes with a particular focus on Italy\, Europe and the NRPP spending programs\, which provide for the allocation of important resources for the country’s digitization. \nParticipation in presence is allowed only by personal invitation from the organization.  Registration is free of charge and available online here. \nSimultaneous interpretation in English will be provided.

SUMMARY:Wireless World Research Forum Meeting 46
DESCRIPTION:The Wireless World Research Forum plans to contribute towards the development of a smart mobile communication eco-system beyond 5G.  The widespread introduction of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is foreseen to provide a strong impetus towards improved network performance and cost-efficiency for current and even more for next generation mobile systems. Beyond 5G\, services and networks will be managed more autonomously and are expected to offer increased flexibility and adaptability everywhere. Networks and applications need to become more intelligent\, self-learning and context dependent. AI’s potential impact on consumer\, society and industry-relevant aspects for end-to-end communication systems and uses cases will be tremendous. Future Cognitive Communication Systems are envisioned to be continuously learning\, self-optimizing and capable of transitioning from just connecting humans and things – to connecting\, sensing and actuating on everything – intelligently and in a purpose driven manner. \nRegistration for the WWRF meeting to be held in Paris on 1st to 3rd December is now open. Participation is possible either onsite or online. \nTo register\, go to the website at: https://wwrf46reg.wsconferences.com/events/wireless-world-research-forum/ \n

SUMMARY:5G-Blueprint webinar "will teleoperation revolutionise the transportation and logistics sectors?"
DESCRIPTION:5G-Blueprint announces its first Forum on Teleoperation. Organized in collaboration with the Teleoperation Consortium and the National Institute of Standards and Technology\, the event will stimulate an open and honest discussion on teleoperation in the context of transport and logistics\, its potential and limitations\, existing application scenarios\, also looking at legal\, regulatory\, and standardization aspects. \nThe Forum is held online on December 2nd\, 2021 @2:00 pm CET/8 am EST. \n  \nBy gathering top experts from industry\, academia\, and policy\, 5G-Blueprint Forum on Teleoperation aims to create a platform for dialogue on teleoperation in the context of transport and logistics\, its potential and limitations\, existing application scenarios\, also looking at the legal and regulatory aspects. \n \n  \nThe first edition of 5G-Blueprint Forum on Teleoperation will be held online\, and\, among others\, will address the following questions: \n\nWhat are the principal benefits of teleoperation?\nWhat are the technical and operational challenges?\nWhat logistics challenges need to be addressed in the supply chain to make teleoperation work?\nTeleoperation as a new career path.\nWhat is the role of teleoperation in the roadmap to autonomous transport?\nRegulatory challenges to teleoperation: is a common regulatory framework a possibility?\n\nJoin 5G Blueprint on Dec. 2 to hear from international experts from across industry\, academia\, and policy. \nMore information and free registration here: https://www.5gblueprint.eu/event/5g-blueprint-forum-on-teleoperation/
