SUMMARY:ESA & 5G-MAG Workshop "Reinventing Satellite Broadcasting in the 5G era"
DESCRIPTION:  \n“Reinventing Satellite Broadcasting for the 5G era” proposes an interactive workshop to foster the discussion between satellite\, terrestrial infrastructure and service providers\, media and other verticals representatives and industry\, addressing the requirements and potential solutions for evolved media distribution and 5G satellite systems and service delivery chains. \nThe workshop will address connectivity scenarios and use cases broadly classified as: \n\nDirect-to-Home\nDirect-to-Vehicle\nDirect-to-Edge\nDirect-to-User (may be considered as subcase of Direct-to-Edge)\n\nTo view the agenda and register please visit: https://atpi.eventsair.com/5g-mag-workshop \nThe workshop is organized in 3 sessions and final Q/A session with conclusive remarks. \nEach keynote is followed by a ‘Take the floor!’  session to permit speakers to make their statements. \nWe keep the workshop open and generic: it addresses the 5G media and integrated NTN satellite and terrestrial networks\, including all cases of content delivery -not only entertainment/infotainment but also content delivery cases as needed to cover needs of different verticals. \nThe workshop aims to be as open room for exchanges and inspirational improvisation is welcomed.
